Life story

Robbie has combined his knowledge of anatomy, physiology and movement with proven motivational strategies to help individuals lead happy and healthy lives. Robbie’s programs go beyond traditional workouts to fill an unmet need in the fitness field. They focus on practical and long-term strategies for health and well-being.

As a child Robbie had suffered with severe chronic asthma, his condition was so severe that he had breathing machines placed in his home and spent much of his childhood in and out of Crumlin children’s hospital his diagnosis for the future was poor. Robbie took to changing his life through fitness and and believes taking control of your own health and fitness can enhance your life quality dramatically.

Boxing career

Before embarking on a professional boxing career, Robbie competed at top level as an amateur boxer and traveled around the world competing on the international stage for the Irish Senior Boxing team as a Welterweight. He has successfully won the Irish professional welterweight title. Robbie’s career and exploits as a amateur & professional boxer have also been screened in Blanchardstown Cinema as part of the Fingal Film Festival in 2013 documentary titled, “Boxing Clever”.

Training programes

Robbie runs various training programs such as his Six Week Personal Life Change Program, Six week Personal Boxing Program and a Six Week Fitness for Life Success Program, which he has introduced to several secondary schools in 2014. Robbie has also worked with his rehabilitation programs for COPD Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease patients and clients.
